Close-out And Special-Order Items May NOT Be Canceled or Exchanged, And No Refunds Will Be Issued!

General- Due to the nature of electronic devices such as intercoms, radios & alarms, if an item is received and found to be defective, we will exchange the item only.

No Refunds under any circumstances on these products. Most items carry a 30-day limited warranty. All items returned for exchange or refund must be in new and resalable condition.

With all original packing materials, manuals, bags and factory boxes. Items may not be returned if they have been used, modified or mounted to your bike / vehicle. Items that come shrink-wrapped may not be opened. We have to be able to sell the item as new and unused.

You must call for return authorization within 15 days from receipt of your order. All RA# are valid for 15 Days Only! Please return the item/s to us promptly. The return authorization number you are provided by our sales support department must be clearly VISIBLE on the OUTSIDE of the package in which you return the item/s to us. Packages with no visible RA number or an expired RA number will be refused. All items must be returned to us pre-paid. No COD returns or Call Tag Returns!
Pack all item/s well, and it is recommended that you fully insure the item/s. Any item/s damaged by the customer or that is damaged while in route back to us will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be issued. If the item is damaged, you will need to contact the shipping company you selected to return the item/s back to us and file a claim directly with them.

Damaged packages – If your order is received damaged, please call 1-561-309-5510 and tell them you received a damaged shipment. They will arrange to pick up the package from you and start the claim process/paperwork.

Credit Card Processing – Effective in 2003 many new credit card regulations went into effect for all mail, phone, and Internet companies regardless of industry. These new regulations were designed to protect the consumer, merchants and credit card companies from fraud and unwarranted consumer inquiries and charge backs. To avoid delays in processing your order, please make sure all the information you provide to us at the time your order is placed is up-to-date with your credit card company. Your name, address, city, state, zip and phone number must match with your credit card company. Also, when possible, it is helpful to have your order shipped directly to your credit card billing address.
Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you select to receive your item/s and are calculated on a per-line basis. In some cases, we may need to split your order and to ship it using multiple packages or out of different shipping points. Also, some closeout items may be invoiced and shipped separately. In either case, this will Not increase your shipping or handling costs.

Processing and Delivery of your order typically takes 5 to 7 working days within the Continental U.S. (AK and HI, 7 to 10 working days); however, these times are not guaranteed. Canadian, APO & FPO orders, please allow up to 4 weeks as these shipments are made only through the U.S. Mail. If you need the order sooner, please contact our sales support department, and they will be happy to provide you with additional shipping options [additional costs/ fees will apply]. In some cases, we can even have your order dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Free freight offers are valid only for items you keep [item/s returned are subject to freight charges].

AT THIS TIME, U.S. MAIL IS NOT SHIPPING OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA BECAUSE OF COVID-19. WE CONTACT OTHER SHIPPERS FOR THE BEST PRICE!

Back Orders -If an item is back ordered [not immediately available], we will notify you by e-mail. Back ordered item/s will be automatically billed and shipped when they become available. The item/s will be automatically canceled after 60 days, unless the customer notifies us that they wish to leave the item/s on back order. Special Order item/s are non-concealable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable under any circumstances! Items placed on back order are filled first when the item/s do become available.
 
Close out item’s — all closeouts are final sale item/s. Exchanges will be made if we have the product in stock. A 20% restocking fee will be charged. The customer is responsible for freight both ways.

Colors & Sizing–Colors may not exactly match photos. Sizing charts, information and photos are provided to us directly from the manufacturers. We Do Not produce these in-house, and cannot be held responsible for their accuracy, content or quality.

  1. I just became a new customer by purchasing some luggage gear for my wife’s F3 Can Am Spider. I ordered a luggage rack and rear luggage container on 6/15, and paid using Pay Pal. When should I expect delivery to my home address in Chantilly, VA.
